Decent kit, slow support
I purchased the Complete Grooming Kit during their Blessed Friday sale. The price was really good, and the variety of products in the kit is impressive for the money. Everything came well-packaged, and the Beard Shampoo and Conditioner have been great. My only gripe was that I had a question about one of the items before ordering and tried to reach customer service. It took them almost three days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. Delivery to Texas was about a week, which is acceptable. Overall, it's a solid purchase, just wish support was quicker.
